High School students stretch out and chill out to balance the pressures of school, sports and social demands with active Yoga sequences, meditation and mindset practices.

  • What to Expect:
  • 10-week semesters: Fall, Winter and Spring (6-student minimum enrollment).
  • Our rules are safety, respect and fun!  

    Yoga is a practice and a learning process. It takes about 5 classes to "Go With the Flow" of Yoga.

  • Wear comfortable clothing/bare feet.
  • Drink water and eat a light protein-based snack before (or after) class.
